Event Rules (Quick)

Stay In Character

Keep it immersive. Don’t derail events with OOC arguments or trolling.

Follow Staff Direction

Staff may pause/redirect scenes for fairness and flow. Appeals happen after.

No Forced Outcomes

Don’t powergame, metagame, or “speed-run” scenes. Give people options.

Respect the Slot Limits

If an event is limited (departments only / sign-up required), don’t force entry.

Want to Host an Event?

Pick a simple concept that creates RP for others (not just a “win”).
Choose a time, location, and expectations (dress code, vehicles, rules).
Post the announcement in the proper community channel and include the key details.
If the event impacts PD/EMS/major crime, coordinate with staff ahead of time.

Best events: create roles for others (security, vendors, PD presence, EMS standby), and allow multiple outcomes.
