Consistency
Same standards for everyone. Rank, friends, and clout don’t change rule enforcement.
Evidence-Based
Clips, screenshots, logs, and clear context matter. “He said / she said” is hard to action.
Scene First
Don’t derail active RP to argue. Finish the scene, then report/appeal through the proper channel.
Penalty Levels
Outcomes depend on severity, intent, and history. Staff may skip levels for serious offenses.
Level 1 — Warning / Coaching
- Minor mistakes, misunderstanding, first-time low-impact issues
- Expectation: adjust behavior immediately
Level 2 — Temporary Action
- Repeated minor issues, scene disruption, disrespect, low-level rule breaks
- Examples: short timeout, short suspension, limited access
Level 3 — Strong Enforcement
- Serious disruption, obvious metagaming/powergaming, harassment, major scene abuse
- Examples: longer suspensions, role removals, strict probation
Level 4 — Permanent / Long-Term Ban
- Cheating/exploits, doxxing, threats, hate, repeated severe misconduct
- Permanent bans may be issued immediately for extreme behavior
What Staff Reviews
Evidence
Clips, screenshots, timestamps, and what happened before/after the moment.
Context
Active scenes, escalation, prior RP, and whether players had options.
Pattern
Repeat behavior matters. Consistent issues escalate penalties faster.
Impact
Did it ruin a scene, target a player, or break immersion for multiple people?
Reporting Process
- Finish the scene if possible. Do not derail RP to argue OOC.
- Collect evidence (clip/screenshot) with timestamps and a short summary.
- Submit properly through Support or the required reporting channel.
- Wait for review. Staff may ask questions or request more context.
Important: Public callouts, harassment campaigns, or “trial by social media” will be treated as violations.
Appeals
Appeals are for disputing staff actions after the fact. Keep it factual, provide evidence, and explain what you want reviewed.
Keep It Simple: Follow the Rules
If you follow General Rules and Roleplay Rules, enforcement rarely becomes a problem.
KEYSTONE REGION
Pennsylvania Roleplay Network built for realism, fairness, and long-term consequences.
Canon defines rules. Courts decide outcomes. Staff enforce process.
Governance
Public pages only. Internal governance files remain restricted.
