What “Good EMS RP” Looks Like
EMS roleplay is about credibility and care, not rushing scenes. You stabilize, communicate, document, and support believable outcomes. The best medics don’t steal spotlight—they elevate everyone’s RP.
Scene Management
- Arrive, assess, secure your working area.
- Coordinate with PD without breaking immersion.
- Communicate treatment steps clearly in-character.
- Keep scenes flowing—no unnecessary delays.
Medical RP Standards
- Respect injury severity and “value your life” RP.
- No instant fixes for major trauma.
- Match treatment to what happened in the scene.
- Encourage aftercare: rest, limits, follow-up.
Professional Conduct
- Calm comms, clean radio, no OOC arguments.
- Follow SOPs, chain-of-command, staff direction.
- Document major calls when required.
- Support server culture: serious RP first.
