Character & Scene Conduct

Characters must be believable, scenes must be respected, and interactions must remain collaborative and immersive.

Believable characters
Backstories and actions must align.
Shared scenes
No forcing outcomes or rushing others.
Immersion first
Stay in character and respect the moment.

4.1 Character Believability

Your character must behave consistently with their background, profession, and experiences. Sudden, extreme abilities or personality shifts without RP buildup may be ruled unrealistic.

4.2 Entering Scenes

Do not insert yourself into active scenes without clear, realistic RP justification.

Not allowed:
  • Jumping into ongoing conflicts without setup
  • Appearing “out of nowhere” to influence outcomes
  • Using mechanics to teleport into scenes

4.3 Scene Control & Outcomes

You may not dictate another character’s actions, reactions, or outcomes. Scenes resolve through interaction, not declarations.

4.4 Emotes & Actions

Emotes and /me actions must describe attempts, not guaranteed results.

Correct
  • “Attempts to grab the suspect”
  • “Tries to force the door open”
Incorrect
  • “Grabs and restrains instantly”
  • “Knocks out with one punch”

4.5 Respecting Scenes

Give others time to respond, avoid talking over players, and do not rush scenes for personal convenience.

4.6 Final Conduct Rule

If your actions remove agency, immersion, or fairness from a scene, they are likely a violation.
