1) Eligibility

You must meet these requirements to participate:

• You have a legal copy of GTA V for PC.
• You can comply with our community rules and staff instructions.
• You will not evade bans, impersonate others, or use exploits.
• If age restrictions apply in our Discord/server rules, you must meet them.

2) Community Rules & Enforcement

Our rules exist to protect roleplay quality and community safety. You agree to follow:

• All server rules (including no RDM/VDM, no cheating, no harassment).
• All Discord rules and moderation policies.
• All staff decisions during live incidents (appeals happen afterward).

Staff may issue warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, or content restrictions at their discretion to protect the community.

3) Fair Play: Cheating, Exploits, and Abuse

Any attempt to gain unfair advantage or disrupt roleplay is prohibited.

• No cheats, mod menus, injectors, or unauthorized tools.
• No exploiting server bugs, duplication glitches, or economy abuse.
• No ban evasion (alt accounts, spoofing identifiers, etc.).
• No doxxing, threats, hate speech, or targeted harassment.

If you find a bug, report it. Don’t use it.

4) User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for what you post and how you behave in Discord and in the city.

• Do not post illegal content, malicious links, or malware.
• Do not impersonate staff or other players.
• Do not use out-of-character info to influence in-character actions (metagaming).
• Respect privacy and keep disputes out of public chat.

5) Purchases, Support, and Virtual Items

If we offer optional support (donations/store), you agree to these conditions:

• Support is optional and does not guarantee access, immunity, or special treatment.
• Perks are cosmetic or convenience only (no pay-to-win).
• Digital perks/items may change for balance or performance.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in removal of perks and bans.

Refund policy (template): digital purchases are typically non-refundable once delivered. Replace this line with your exact policy when your store goes live.

6) Service Availability

The server may be updated, restarted, or taken offline at any time.

• No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance and changes may occur without notice.
• We may remove or modify features to improve performance and fairness.

7) Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for any violation of rules or Terms.

• Bans may be temporary or permanent.
• Attempts to evade moderation may result in permanent bans.
• We may remove access to protect community health and safety.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide the server “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for third-party outages (FiveM/Cfx.re, Discord, Rockstar, etc.).
• We are not liable for lost progress, items, or roleplay outcomes caused by crashes or updates.
• You use the server and community at your own risk.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the server grows. Major changes will be announced in Discord.
